1. Returns Eligibility
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
Some items (e.g., personalized products, perishable goods) may not be eligible for return.
2. How to Initiate a Return

Include your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with instructions and a return authorization if applicable.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
4. Exchanges

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
